We are the Ice Guys USA. We provide the coldest ice and freshest water directly to consumers through our industry leading Everest ice vending machines. We lease space, cover all costs, and pay it forward to you, the business or land owner. Proudly serving the Greater Tampa Bay, Florida area.
Rent
Monthly Fixed Payments
We lease space from you, the business or land owner, to place our small 5 x 5 ft ice vending machine. We pay a monthly rate and cover all installation and utilities.
Profit
Passive Income
As our sales grow, you'll receive a piece of the business. We automatically convert payments from the monthly flat rate rent to a percentage of net profit. If sales, decline, we revert back to the flat rate. You will always receive the greater of the two.
Flexibility
No Lock-In
You can cancel with short notice any time you want. If things aren't working out, we will remove our machine and conclude our relationship at no cost.
